Otherwise you need to do the spine-breaking Caramelldansen dance or make her hold the pose with 2-3 swings on each side like gif and vid related. Also having the timeline of the frames is great so you can know exactly how it was made. Every animator will tell you that poses are a million times more important than the movement itself (unless you're playing with stick figure fights and effects like liquids and smoke).
