>>718375don't misunderstand--i love tegaki. it's the best program i've ever used to draw in. i love it so much i got it working offline. i also don't think it needs a free select/move, given that such a tool robs you of the opportunity to fix and redraw issues... and things redrawn are almost always better the second time than the first.
as for lagging, either draw in a lower resolution, which you should be doing anyway, or... start budgeting for a stronger device. best of luck
