The close together angled eyes on a wide round head doesn't look the most flattering and also makes her look 20 years older. It's all about style though, because you could draw her regular younger self in a different style and it'd look really cute.
>Robin already looks weird with one despite no 5th and 6th grader having any noses.Well 5th and 6th grade is when noses start coming in for South Park characters, but not all of them. It really just depends on how prominent their nose is and if they look too weird with it or not. Robin is specifically pretty ugly in canon, so a weird looking face was important to conveying that.
