as a beginner I hated art, but i figured out how to enjoy it. you'd have to be a masochist if you enjoy art the way ic teaches it (or really anyone else for that matter).
Understand that telling someone to work hard is telling someone that they need to brute force things until they work. This is a terrible strategy. In fact it's the opposite of what you should do, what you need is to figure out how to make good work without brute forcing anything. You need to figure out how to make work easy. In fact you should AVOID working hard (except in cases of nessesity) because it's a costly and inefficient way of doing things. Things are soulcrushing because you brute force everything, when the work is light, it's actually quite fun.
