For the second one... to contextualize it in-universe, I imagine Max doing a "political" speech and presentation about boobmen vs assmen, causing chaos by turning North Park against each other into an ass vs boobs tribe. No kid gets it (except for the ones who are more mature such as Chaz and Curtis) , 50% of the adults are boobmen, the other 50% are assmen. Chariot is seething hard.
