Addison Horowitz eventually grows out of her vindictive jealous state, realising there is more to life than elementary school. She ends up actually pursuing her passions and now works at an animal shelter taking care of the birds there, even putting on bird shows for visitors.
Bad future Addison instead of pursuing these interests, doubles down on trying to gain popularity and becomes a mediocre trend chasing E-thot who plays video games she isn't even good at.
Lydia Vandermark continues her kickbox training and eventually becomes a professional kickbox athlete. She doesn't care so much about Posie now because she believes her own achievements and hard work has put her above her, regardless of what her family says.
Bad future Lydia still becomes a kickboxer, although is still more spiteful towards Posie and maybe likely to start taking performance enhancing drugs.
Savannah Williams matures as she gets older, and decides she wants to help troubled youth like she was herself so works hard towards getting out of poverty and becoming an elementary school teacher. She is more of a quirky "fun" teacher who comes across as a bit light headed at times but genuinely cares and looks out for the wellbeing of her students.
Bad future Savannah can't get out of poverty, and probably would have to end up selling drugs, become a prostitute, or both.
