>>764073I guess I agree. I think nothing has to matter. Nothing has to have definition. Nothing needs to be criticized, and nothing really needs to be observed. I get it. Nothing matters, things either are or aren't. A person either lives or dies, a person either creates or doesn't. I agree that a child who constantly draws, and does not seek improvement, is an artist as they havea tendency to create.
But that is just a spineless, wishy washy, neither here nor there, showed up but didn't talk, fucking Plain existence to live.
Yeah, it's not objective. If we kept haggling I couldn't give you an example of someone "Expanding" their art, just as you couldn't draw the line between art and non art. I get it, i really get it. I think a pencil or plant or rock can be considered art. A solid color, can be art.
But jesus you can say this about anything. Nothing is really good nor bad so having something to say about it is inherently trying to "sciencify" (Lol, lmao) the subject, and you should only ever be critical of, anything, is if someone has told you to.
If there's no reason to ever be critical of art, why is there any reason to say something nice about it? "Because I like it" - the absence of a compliment becomes the insult itself. Non speech doesn't change what you're really thinking. Unfortunately you are an animal, your brain is trying to take something external, not concrete, and trying to make it concrete within your electric meat sack, something tangible.
Anything is art. Anyone is an artist. Anything is cooking, i mean cooking is chemistry, chemistry is physics, drawing is modeling is astronomy etc. (1/2 I'm still going man)
