Okay, here are my design ideas for the prominent members of the Free Folk faction.
>Jerry the Lancer (party member)
Uses a spear, is sort of like a Final Fantasy Dragoon. Is the commander of the Free Folk army, tends to boss people around and make decisions when Charles can't.
>Posie the cleric (party member)
Friendly healer with divine magic. Buffs allies and is stronger against unholy enemies.
>Paladin Asimov (party member)
High defence, strong against unholy/undead enemies. Smites enemies with holy lightning that is actually just his own electricity.
>Georgina the Warrior Princess (party member)
Obligatory Bikini armor character, Georgina finally gets to be a princess and beat people up with her weaponised crutches.
>Danny the mage
Court mage of the free folk, sells magic gear from his store and has a quest line where he sends you to catch or kill some ghost/monster.
>King Charles-le-magne
Benevolent, well liked and handsome king of the Free Folk, isn't good at fighting though and struggles under pressure.
>Celtic Warrior Delly
Mostly guards the base and king.
>Dwarven Warrior/Hunter Drew
Also guards the base/king.
>Watchman Robert
Mans the watchtower, shoots people with a crossbow.
>Blacksmith Curtis
Sells weapons and armor.
>Scout Nancy
Scout and Messenger of the Free Folk.
>Tavern Wench Sabrina
Sells drinks and food.
>Apprentice Cringe Kid
Is Melville's magic apprentice, sells magic gear at Melville's "magic school"
>Grand Wizard Melville (party member)
"The wisest wizard in the lands", his big house is repurposed as a magic school. Him and Cringe can be found there instead of the Free Folk base. He has to be the best wizard in the game or he gets annoyed.
>Hansel the Rogue (party member)
Mostly independent but a Free Folk by default. Popular with elven royalty, considered a scoundrel by others. This mysterious traveller is one of the few who knows how to navigate the sewers, which comes very in handy in the story.
