The leader of the fairy army, dual wields hatchets in battle and knows some elf magic to assist her in combat.

Quiet and judgemental, she rules the kingdom silently, whispering her commands and decrees to her trusted bodyguard, Cindy.
>Cindy the Barbarian (playable)
is Mute's trusted bodyguard, and the physically strongest warrior in the land. She wields a large double handed sword in battle, as well as her bear rage.
>Chaz the Satyr (playable)
inspires his friends and taunts his enemies with bardic magic. Is buddies with the Free Folk, particularly Jerry.
>Mandy the Monk (playable)
A human raised among the elves. Knows elven martial arts as well as some magic. Hangs out with Chaz the Satyr.
>Shaman Dull
Sells weapons and armour he makes out of stuff he finds.
>Elf boy Dew
Obligatory androgynous elf guy. His repurposed peter pan costume from a few Halloweens back is a little too small for him.
>Sprite Ashley (Sprite Ashley)
Curious and cheeky, She wants to travel with the heroes to meet more people and cause mischief.
>Elf Princess Dorothina
Important enough to be considered royalty, not enough to actually rule. She sells special elven pastries and baked goods.
>Squirrel Boy
it's just him in his usual get up, but talking animals fits the theme so he's allowed to hang around.

The main druid of the Fairy Kingdom, sells magic gear.
>Lizzy the Changeling
Is walking around in her true form, but everyone just thinks she's in a costume. Some people think she looks more like a demon but she insists the magic forest is where she belongs.
