Chaz realizes his mom goes out once a week and he finds out she's been cheating on him with another boy particularly Fredrich the vampire apparently those two attends a mother and son dance thing she knows Chaz isn't interested she wants to attend and fredrich wants to attend as well and she believes this boy is an orphan at least that's what he tells her so why not Chaz wants to get back at her by winning the competition with vera whose totally miffed at Fredrich because a few of her schemes were ruined by his absence
