Julian Berker (peri-chaos) is a runaway ex-cultist with fleshbending powers who was raised as their 'messiah' figure because of them. After going from having his whole life planned out for him to complete freedom, he is spiritually lost.
It doesn't help that his old cult's ideology put an emphasis on Fate and there being a bigger purpose aside from 'your destiny will be what brings you eternal happiness'.
In pursuit of that happiness, Julian is trying anything and everything humanly possible, only to end up hurting himself in the process.
I like writing him as a tragic character, but also as a character with an outside perspective on society and its norms as he was never raised within them. he's by far my edgiest one, though, the rest aren't nearly as bad
