I'm not familiar with using Krita, but you definitely want to use a brush that's solid and not transparent for lineart. The Wet Paint Details brush seems like it would be better for something with a more watercolor-like appearance.
Something that helps a lot is making sure you use the right brush size to match the thickness of the lines in the original piece.
