My workflow is to basically grab anything with as in-depth a character creator as possible and then create exactly what I want and then use that software's posing software to get everything exactly as I want it to be. Everything is done by hand by me, I do the character, set up the scene, do the lighting, the posing, facial expressions, etc. I've been doing posing stuff for awhile and I'd liken it to basically using a mannequin for reference but with more work.
I've pretty much been told I'll never be able to pick up a pen or pencil. My brain can't form the neural pathways (and doesn't have them to begin with) that allow it to actually build the skill to use a pencil in the first place.
I didn't want to steal work so I basically just made all my material I'd be tracing myself, because that's also a little hobby I really enjoy.
