When this thread reaches the bump limit, the OP can simply make a new thread if they wish. (Global 6) the quality of posts is hard to judge, a lot of what gets posted by Kott in his effort to derail this thread is (6a) irrelevant catchphrases/ copy pasta and (6d) ironic shitposting. It's hard to make that argument when his posts include drawing he is obviously putting a lot of effort into (high readability, full color, well constructed figures, model accurate character identifying traits). You can't report him for being a notorious samefag, that's an embarrassment he is just going to have to live with himself.
Lets talk about the 4chan FAQ, specifically the section about contribution. Are his posts: substantial, helpful, friendly, or humorous? Yes (they are humorous). Is Kott uploading quality images and files? Yes (they are high quality (for his abilities) custom made drawings). Kott IS a part of the DIVERSE and UNIQUE pool of users who frequently contribute. Is he a "good" contributor who is "adding to a topic"? Although he is technically drawing Original Characters I don't think THIS kind of contribution is exactly what the original poster had in mind when they made the thread. It's again hard to make the argument that Kott's drawings are "ill intentioned" as far I can tell the only argument people will make to support this is that his drawings contain depictions of sexual intercourse and naked black people and are therefor automatically "ill intentioned".
