>>2065433 #>This is what happens when you buy into the "actually my dumpster dive pinarello from 1984 is just as good as a modern bike!"Aww poor baby you're one of those whiners? Aww I want to hear your other complaints about bicycles
I got a 2014 Domane that's 4lbs lighter than a carbon 2026 Domane, 2x10 works amazing. rim brakes work great
>You end up with something ergonomically crippled,Wrong, every single part is so easy to customize and make fit perfectly. Easily swappable stem, seat post saddle pedals bars tape brakes shifters, and everything is how it should be as is. It's great!
>stiff as fuck,Yeah at 110 psi for lean svelte me? Before last week, I had never once sat on a road bike before, I'm getting used it. Got 15 miles around the neighborhood on it
> with 180 PSI tiresThe guy pumped it to 110psi cuz he weighed a lot more than me, I have it down to 90 psi and that other anon is right, 25mm tires aired up properly can be comfy
>that isn't even the right size for your body,Wrong, I'm size 58cm. 56cm too small, 60cm too big. I'm getting used to how road bikes feel. I've ridden BMX, MTB, dirt bikes scooters and skateboards for 30 years
>And then you bitch about how uncomfortable road bikes areYeah my other bike is full suspension long travel 29ers with 2.4" wide tires
Many years on a hardtail 2.6" and BMX that ride great on rough roads. Again first 15 miles ever on a road bike, yes they ride like shit. Yes they ride like shit when optimal air pressure and size correct and bib or diaper or saddle just right. They ride like shit dude. I'm right, you're wrong neener neener neener!
I'm gonna do probably 20 miles today and tell you again tomorrow how road bikes ride like shit on roads
>Should have bought the Checkpoint, we tried to warn youFirst time in years on this cesspool shit talk website. I talked to my riding buddies and they found the bike for me
Holy shit how can 1 mother fucker be so wrong on every count
Dude you could not be more wrong xD
