biggest problem is that you are big. frames in your size are comparatively rare.
there actually several road race bikes near your size but not recommended for your use case.
I'm not good at eyeballing modern MTB geometry, there may be some in your size but a "real" MTB isn't exactly your use case, either, although slick tires would help with that.
from what I know, my pick for you given what's on there right now would be this one, because:
