hell /n/ noob here and I need some advice. How can I help myself recover from a long commute and physically demanding job? If I get hired, I'll be required to bike 19 miles/30km roundtrip, and do about 4ish hours of labor. I'm an 18 yr old poorfag so a car is out the question, but it'll only take me a month to afford a high quality 50cc scooter. I'm in fairly decent shape and bike 12 miles infrequently no problem. What I don't know is: how I should optimize my diet to recover faster, and what supplements should I take, if any?
