>get this bike, black color, was 240€ when I bought it>take almost all big stickers off so it's easier to clean too>do basic improvements (pedals, bottom bracket, grips, saddle, wireless computer, lights, bigger bottle cage and bottle)>all around a very basic shit bike that cannot even be upgraded to triple chainring because of the bottom tube shape, still better than the terrible walmart-like bikes>8 months later someone from the building asks me if I forgot my garage door open>I'm like "no, what the fuck">rush downstairs>garage door wide open a la Home Alone>bike is missing>other shit smaller bike I use in bad weather and when I have to leave it around, still very well maintained and with all basic improvements as the other bike is still thereIt eats me up, because I am forced to go around with a 26 inch from the 90s with terrible hardware as it's the only bike I can leave downstairs and it won't be stolen. I found another "atala", triple chainring city bike for a fucking hundred bucks, would be a massive improvement, and I can't buy it because I can't fucking keep two bikes upstairs, plus it would defeat the purpose, might as well just fucking use my hybrid all the time.
