I think vacationing in Europe in a small private plane would be awesome.. hopping from country to country, trying all the different types of booze and women. Seriously though, I imagine you get some beautiful views flying in France.
As for seaplanes, there's a company that just got approved and is starting to manufacture amphibious aircraft not too far from where I live.. I kinda want to go test fly one.. it looks fun, but it's around $200k
