Only -4C with light wind tonight. I dressed fairly lightly but still overheated because the side roads were filled with momentum killing loose snow. Its a bit strange it hasn't been packed a week after the snow arrived. Usually cars pack the snow to a slick firm surface in just a few days.
My old camera should do a decent job for Christmas lights. Its twice as thick as my current camera and doesn't fit in my pocket well. Also the lens cover sticks so I have double check it is fully open when I take a picture. Stupid thing defaults the flash to on for the night snapshot mode, so I have to turn it off every time I turn the camera on.
