You won't get hydraulic brakes because the levers aren't hydraulic until you get to 105 tier. But getting good brake calipers is important. You can just google the spec they list to find this out. Dual piston brakes will say they're that.
Basically dual piston means the brake pads push from both sides, whereas single piston only 1 brake pad moves, and bends the rotor over into the other fixed pad, which is obviously, an awful design and WILL suck ass.
