the fd could be slightly lower but it's still too much to work well with indexing even though they're both inseries parts.
You're also going to make the issue worse for yourself the newer the fd is, as its cage will be narrower.
And triple specific fds will have a groove which has to align with your middle ring which may or may not put the mech at the right height.
This is worth sussing seeing as you paid for those brifters and it is possible to have it work well, but if you get annoyed and just want to ride it and things aren't going your way consider just using a friction dt shifter for now.
