General thoughts on Giant as a brand/company?
I realized today that I'm familiar with TERK, Crackn'fail, and Special Ed, but I don't really know much about the reputation of this big Taiwanese company or about their past foibles. I'm well aware that their dealer support page is ass to try and find anything on and they make bikes with absurd proprietary headsets and seatposts (what big brand doesn't though?) and dropper posts that get redesigned every year with new and utterly incompatible internals, but really, I don't know much about their current/past lineup compared to other big brands that are sold in the US.
So what comes to mind when you think of Giant? Anything really shit/cool they've made in the past I should know about?
