Bags like this on the top tube, or the seat tube, are ok though. If you pedal wide then get a cool large frame bag, maybe a split one.
If you put storage on your fork the front aero penalty is huge so just bear that in mind if you ride it above 25 km/h. That's an extremely useful place to store stuff though.
That bike I believe can fit a non-disc rear rack, as it has the rack bosses unobstructed by disc stuff (very good). I would buy a fancy Tubus one for it, the smol ones, titanium maybe, and small panniers, not the ortileb style with plastic latches, but a hook and bungey style, like axiom, which can be more secure offroad. Or not panniers, and an carradice style saddlebag, supported by the small rack. Don't do saddlebag & rear pannier, do one or the other.
