Rambo’s bike chain breaks and he spends his last $5 getting it fixed so he gets a temporary job delivering newspapers to get some cash. He steals a grocery basket and attaches it to his bike to carry the newspapers. The townspeople find Rambo to be the most on time and accurate paperboy they’ve ever had. Townspeople welcome Rambo into their homes and he tells them war stories and teaches them survival skills and how to kill with their bare hands.
The sheriff busts Rambo for stealing the grocery basket and they torture him in the jail. The townsfolk demand Rambo’s freedom and the sheriff keeps him in jail to spite them. The townsfolk launch a nighttime attack on the jail using the Rambo tactics to free Rambo, but many of the townspeople are killed by the police. Rambo breaks free and avenges his mountain friends by murdering the police squad one by one.
