To be honest, the only parts left from stock are: frame, headset, seatpost with clamp, cranks, rear and front derailleurs with sifters. LX groupset turned to be surprisingly durable and reliable.
I finally upgraded to hydraulic disk brakes. So this season I did major overhaul. New parts: Easton EA70 XCT wheelset, SLX hydraulic disk brakes, shimano XT rotor 180 mm front, SLX 160 mm rear, XT cassette, XT chain, rollers for rear derailleur, front rings, bottom hollowtech II bracket, XT cables, Crank bros Eggbeater 3 pedals, Ritchey Superlogic carbon handlebar.
