If not, buy a new one. 27.5" is close enough to 26" so there should be reason to complain even if you'd think 26er were the pinnacle of wheels. If you like vintage bikes, ride a vintage bike.
And I'm not saying that 27.5(+) couldn't be a meme made to boost bike sales but I don't quite see the problem if some one is already going to buy a new bike.
