>>1806776There is a limit to road width but the real solution is to build alternate routes. Show me a congested highway and I'll show you that there's no good parallel alternate surface route. Of course, that's no good...if it's anymore than two lanes in each direction, you have people whining that the roads are "too wide" and they should be dedicated to transit.
