>>1446245I can't seem to make my mech disc brakes lock up, I just replaced the pads and trued the rotor (after I found it was WAY inboard to where the brake itself was almost rubbing the rotor), closed the gap, but I still had to push the arm up to get it to bite and have to pull really hard on the lever to get any power out of it. it also has to be way pushed inboard to actually function without running out of lever travel before pad travel.
Could the housing be too long? I'm using a knockoff shimano shifter/brake (flat bar type), is it the wrong lever style? Did I fuck something else up?
