Another mouse sensor to keep track rotation of wheel. And a bike computer wheel sensor (reed switch) to tell when a full rotation has occurred. After a full rotation to measure the wheel, if you kept rotating a row of red and green LEDs on the control box would guide you back to the spoke that was furthest out.
