A new City Centre Transit Terminal is planned at the Playdium site. This will centralize the connection between GO buses, the Hurontario LRT, and MiWay.
An extension of the eastern Transitway is also planned from Hurontario to the 403 at Mavis. This will allow westbound buses to bypass 6 sets of traffic lights and have direct access to the shoulder lanes on the 403.
