with a real track bike with a longer top tube, longer stem, longer and narrower drop bar (40cm at the drops, 38cm at the hoods) it's a much better fit for me and i get a TT-like aero hoods position with a flat back and the elbows tucked in a bit with the forearms resting on the tops next to the ramps of the bar.
