I live in Europe and have lived in condos for the vast majority of my life. Let me see you in a meeting with ten, fifteen or thirty other property owners and have you convince them to fork over 1500 because they all have to pay because the building needs XYZ and they say no.
It could be something as basic as a new water pump and water main and people will still say no because they already got in debt up to their eye balls to buy this condo they can’t afford maintenance.
