The Versatron Vector was an IHPVA bike from back in the 1980's that got a lot of media attention at the time. A lot of later entrants said they were inspired by it to get involved in IHPVA racing.
It still looks nifty today but it is totally uncompetitive (it has way higher drag than what's out there now).
And it's not really good for general riding since the front wheels only turn about 5° lock-to-lock, and the front wheels are built for a size of tubular tires that aren't even made anymore (22", IIRC).
