Rules governing any given patch of dirt will vary by nimby politics, but will mostly be driven by noise and erosion. If the signs say “no motorized vehicles” (and they usually do) your “my eBike doesn’t count, even though it is motorized” argument will not cut much ice. If you or a friend or a business own the land in question, more power to ya! But ask yourself: why are you riding such an incrediblely anemic dirt bike?
