My ideal bike size is 18'' but I made this 16.5'' Roberts and 20'' Fat chance fit me like a glove, the roberts is a quicker more nimble trail bike and is perfect for that while the fat chance is like an ideal cruiser bike.
What matters is the triangle between the saddle, seat and pedals, make that fit so that the ride is comfortable and you have control and voila - the bike fits.
