for the same reason i drive a 2005 chevrolet meriva that i bought "slightly" crashed and restored a bit. later my girl was rammed in the side by an armored truck (not her fault, i swear) and we got in a storm with hail the size of tennis balls (that was scary as shit) that obliterated both mirrors, front and back windshields and left the car dented as a golf ball.
the exterior looks like a car rejected from a mad max preproduction meeting, but interiors and mechs are perfect.
is pretty tough and i don't care anymore for aesthetics, so you can beat it hard, nobody's gonna steal it, is great to stuff shit in the back and parts are really cheap. i travel all around my country in it and is great for that.
