I think I had too much caffeine coupled with the fact I had only 605 calories for the day and it just fucked me up. Strange thing is I've ridden hung over, with no food at all and had more caffeine but I don't ever remember feeling this bad aside from maybe once. Maybe it was just the perfect storm of dehydration, hunger and too much caffeine.
