Been cycling for the past 2 summers. Not seeing any improvement
So I started cycling 2 summers ago but I havent seen any improvement in endurance or strength. I still average 14mph on flats. I still go up the same hills at the same speeds. My legs still get fatigued 4 hours into a ride.
What do I do?
Should I try to mash a little bit in harder gears to strengthen my legs? Should I get an indoor bike for the winter(currently running in winter)?
