There are some areas I physically cannot access because the only way to get there is by highway. Here's the area I used to live and the next town over across the highway (red). Black squiggles are burbclaves. No local roads, no underpasses for foot traffic. The ONLY way to get there it to enter the highway system. Which, not only is illegal for bicycles, but is outright suicide to attempt. Explain to me how this is okay.
See, in burgerstan they built everything around the highway system and didn't stop to think, what if people don't want to need to drive to get everywhere? Wasn't even a consideration. So the poor, the elderly, children? People who just don't like to drive? Well fuck them.
