I consume around 100 kW-h/month with electric stove.
That is around 3.3 kW-h/day. Let's assume that 500W solar panel will give out 400W (avg) for 8 hours. That is pretty close to 3.3 kW-h you'd need.
But yeah, if it is cloudy day, you'd need more panels, and more batteries.
But anyway, they aren't that expensive and with my electricity prices, it would pay for itself in around 3-4 years, so I'm thinking to get one 500W, just to try it out, and buy more, if shit is any good
