I ended up putting sealant inside inner tubes. This was for a bike w/ schrader valves. I'm sure you could do it w/ presta, but I bet it's frustrating. This guy's page is what pushed me in that direction

I have a Topeak Road Morph G for skinny tires, and a Lezyne Micro Floor Drive HV (what a mouthful) for wider tires (1.5"+). Those are the two brands to look at.
I like the Lezyne's thread-on chuck head more, but the cnc handle has grooves for hold the hose during storage, and they bite into your hand when using it (glaring flaw imo). I always take a glove off & lay it on the handle doubled-up.
But both are quality pumps, and you can easily get replacement parts/rebuild kits for them.
