>>1107077Yeah. Hopefully it'll get fixed by 2030. Even with the pedestrian tunnel, not including a BART and Muni station, or at least plans on how to add them later, seems like a mistake. As of right now, they're also planning on connecting the three platforms/six tracks in the basement with a triple tracked tunnel, which doesn't have funding and will cost like two billion for a mile and a half of track. I can't imagine three tracks is going to be enough capacity for Caltrain and HSR to come in and out of the station for very long, which means they'll have to, at some point, full a triple track tunnel out the other end and loop it back to the Caltrain ROW, which will also probably face a funding hurdle. It'd also be great if another bay tunnel could be built for Amtrak (Capitol Corridor) and ACE, but three platforms would probably become overwhelmed.
