>>989564This is depressing to hear. I've recently read that theses guys originate from Poland. They are organised groups and basically do tours driving through cities with a transport vehicle and when they see a bike worthwhile, one of them jumps out while the car waits around the corner for him to load the bike in the back. They continue until the car is packed with bikes and then drive over the border, back to their village where they store all the stolen shit. Nothing was mentioned of how they work, but I assume they would have large cutters as standard and wouldn't desist from angle grinding for minutes in the middle of a high traffic pedestrian area either, since they can't/won't be indicted in a foreign country.
The sad thing about it is that people wouldn't say or do shit, even if they saw a guy grinding for ages loudly with sparks flying left and right.
