My fit on one bike has felt off for a few weeks. When I got around to measuring the saddle height, I discovered it was 3/8" lower than my last recorded height. Bumped it up a half inch and it felt much better. A while back the post had been slipping, and I relied on a tape mark to get it back to the old spot. The tape likely got pushed out of position.
