All three of Japan's major railway museum are slated to reopen by mid-June with SCMAGLEV and Railway Park just reopened on June 3rd. However, some of attractions are to be closed off or operating at reduced capacity until further notice while special events are being extended / cancelled. Standard sanitary precauctions are applied (temperature check, masks being mandatory, and customers are asked to use hand sanitizers provided), and for both Railway Museum and Kyoto Railway Museum you have to purchase tickets in advance online or from 7-11 Ticket
