Gave that up and went full on with his cycling. He has been hard at it for about 5 years now, never hits the gym.
Big fucking legs stayed but his upper body gains have gone down pretty bad.
Also he has belly fat he cant seem to shake! He never had that when lifting.
The other thing is that we he is not on the bike he has become a total sloth. Its like he saves every single calorie for his rides. Fucker is obsessed.
Its almost like crack for him, he says he cant take a day off or his back will ache.
Dude is kind of a wreck , even lost his qt3.14
