Part of a road twinning project finished up the pavement on one side this morning (wasn't done when I went by there yesterday evening) so I had a 1.5 km stretch of freshly paved road all to myself on the way home. They'll shift traffic to that side by Monday so they can finish a little curb work on the other side and do the final layer of pavement.
While I was out yesterday evening I rode down a new MUP and they screwed up the pavement. It has continuous ripples in it for 2 blocks like very mild washboard.
Easy country gravel valley group ride planned for tomorrow.
