Anyway developers are going to be working hard to build new multifamily projects in the area. 10 years ago you barely saw any get built and lately it's been this big boom. Probably with ADUs and bigger new projects you would get median home prices to fall
A lot of those suburbs have urban areas/downtowns that will welcome multifamily because they're really old.
Bottom line is, developers will always be trying to build new multifamily around DC because of the income and population growth, and now extended rail service.
