It's just the same problem I have with Divvy riders being inexperienced with poor control, unpredictable line, and bad lane etiquette. I seen a shit ton of zoomers form a scooter gang and ride like goons today, looked pretty fun. Chicago's scooters top end seem super limited though, they're real slow, somewhere around 10mph.
Work was slow today and I'm going to blame the scooters and weather. EVERYONE was outside riding these things around the west and northwest sides.
